Introduction

Recorded live in Rome on May 4, 2018, this EP documents the concert debut of TUTTO TANGO, the project created by accordionist Pietro Roffi and pianist Alessandro Stella enrely dedicated to the Nuevo Tango by Astor Piazzolla. A journey through some of the most famous and favorite songs of one of the most innovave and original personalies of today’s music proposed in the version for accordion and piano, to highlight the intenon and the spirit underlying Piazzolla’s music: to bridge the “popular” and the “classical” world, communicaveness and structure, passion and intellect.
