Cancellations & Returns

If you wish to cancel an order and obtain a refund for any tangible products such as CDs, DVDs, etc., you can do so before the deadlines by following the procedures listed below.


You can cancel your order and obtain a refund by returning the merchandise purchased within 30 days from the date you received it. Please note that our deadline generously exceeds the one established by law (i.e.- refund given for items returned within 7 days of receipt). Any item returned to us must be in its entirety and in its original sealed packaging. Return shipment or postage costs are the customer's responsibility. Items returned within the deadline are to be sent to:

Also, you must specify the following information in writing (e-mails are acceptable) to CONTINUO RECORDS customer service: 1) the person in whose name the order was placed; 2) the payment details and 3) the reason for the return. Within 10 working days from the receipt of the item(s) returned and in accordance with the procedures established by PayPal, we will credit your account for the purchase amount you paid.

If you e-mail your cancellation to us within 24 hours of having placed your order, we will do everything possible to stop the shipment from being sent out so that you can avoid being charged on your credit card and having to return the item(s) and pay for return shipment.

Under no circumstances is the cancellation, return or refund of an order for a digital download (MP3, FLAC or any other file type) allowed. This type of product can be replaced only in the event of a defective download (please see below).


We fully guarantee all of our products and, in the unlikely event you should receive one that is clearly defective, we will replace it at our expense. To obtain a replacement of any of our tangible products (CDs, DVDs, etc.) you must return it to us within 6 months of the date of purchase to the following address:

We will send you a new replacement and we will refund your return shipping expenses provided that you use regular priority mail and not an express courier service.

To obtain the replacement of a defective digital product (MP3, FLAC, etc.) you must first communicate the problem to our customer service department. They will replace the defective file in our server within the shortest possible time and notify you as soon as it is once again available for downloading. If in the meantime your user license has expired we will extend the time limit accordingly.
